Own the Road in a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer SE AWC

When cruising the open road comfort, style and reliability are at the top of my list when selecting a vehicle. I was able to own the road in a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer SE AWC that delivered all of the above and more.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn how comfortable the Lancer is — it had the perfect amount of leg room for my 6’ 2” hubby and I. Not to mention plenty of room for our luggage. I definitely over packed for our nine day trip, but the Lancer offered the space we needed.

How’s the look of the Lancer, you ask? I have to say the electric blue car I drove was a looker! It was turning heads as we drove by and that made me feel feel great to be driving it. It also comes in a vibrant red, silver, dark grey, white and black. I’d recommend checking out the blue if you are shopping around — you will not be disappointed.

This version of the Lancer included FUSE Hands-free Link System® with Bluetooth™ technology, and a USB port. It’s critical for me to have Bluetooth in any car and it’s the most appreciated feature when I got my new car two years ago. How did I go so long without it?

Another fantastic feature I love and can’t live without is the rear view camera. Once you have a rear view camera, you can’t go back to not having one. Seriously. The Lancer has a great 6.1″ Touch panel display audio system that makes it all the more enjoyable when on the road. I read that the touch screen has been completely redesigned and has a more stylish look.

Heated seats are always a plus and come in very handy when temps fall under 60 degrees. Heck who am I kidding, I need heated seats at 70 degrees, but that’s because I’m a Cali girl. The heated seats in the Lancer were perfect while on vacation in Colorado.

All in all, the Mitsubishi Lancer provided an extremely comfortable drive and I felt safe every minute while out on the road. I’d love to take it on another long road trip!
