Nike app serves up best of Nike to athletes
NIKE, Inc. launched a new Nike+ app, which gives athletes personal access to Nike’s signature services, expert guidance and live events, all in one easy-to-access place.
Nike will also open its first digital studio in NYC, focused on accelerating the company’s digital connection to consumers.
The app provides a personalized service allowing consumers easy access to the best of Nike. The Nike+ app adapts to each consumer’s preferences — serving up the most relevant product recommendations as well as access to NIKEiD customization options within the personal store.
By downloading the app, consumers can become Nike+ members, unlocking benefits like free shipping and 30-day product trials.
Consumers can also book Nike+ Training Club and Nike+ Run Club live sessions, spots at special Nike events or Nike+ 1:1’s with experts in-store, through the app.
How it works
A great app begins with a simple and attractive interface. The interface of the new Nike+ app is more. Upon opening the app, motivating images of Nike athletes like Serena Williams greet you. Next, you’re invited to create your profile.
You’ll then select interests, such as running and basketball, which will help customize the stories you’ll receive in your Feed, and the Reserved for You invitations you receive for Nike products and events.
