Olinca Reyes-Kirch is the Community Outreach Manager for #LatinaGeeks San Diego, leading inclusive strategies that uplift Latinas in digital spaces and community life. As a proud San Diego native, first-generation Hispanic scholar, and member of a multicultural family, she is dedicated to building connections across cultures and continents to expand access, visibility, and opportunity.

Her expertise includes content creation and management, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, SNA, GEO, underwriting, creative services, executive and fiscal partnerships, and international giving. Olinca holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Digital Audience Strategy and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication (Applied Sciences), along with certifications from Harvard Business Publishing, the Center for Creative Leadership – Latina Success Leadership Program (Cohort ’23), LinkedIn, and Stukent.

She recently served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Give to Africa Corporation, where she supported global outreach and digital initiatives across more than fifty African nations. Her previous roles include media and public relations, marketing, sales, communications, and corporate development at KPBS, San Diego State University, San Diego City College, and Healing Wave Aquatics—engaging diverse communities locally and globally.

Outside of work, Olinca enjoys exploring AI tools, networking, reading, and cooking for friends and loved ones. She and her U.S. Veteran husband share a love of coastal getaways, nature adventures, and global cuisine. They have been married for almost a decade (…and counting!), and they’re proud “pawrents” to Almond, their ocean-loving Red Merle Aussie furry girl.
