Currently spearheading university relations and recruiting partnerships at Jam City, a mobile gaming publisher based out of Los Angeles, Andrew has spent the last 5 years at the intersection of entertainment and tech. His passion for representation in tech comes from his personal upbringing in a Mexican-American home and in his experiences in being the first person from his family to work in a corporate role. Prior to joining Jam City, Andrew spent time at EA (Electronic Arts), Netflix, and Apple where he got to experience ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) at various levels and found the value in having a real community in the workplace.
Born and raised in San Francisco, his passion for connecting his community to the opportunities and equity in tech is his guiding light and source of inspiration. He recently moved to San Diego and is excited to try all the new restaurants, learn to skateboard, and continue building community in the industry.
