Debbie Alvarado Latino is a recent graduate from the University of Washington, where she earned a B.A. in Applied Computing & Human-Computer Interaction. As a dedicated UX Designer, she has honed her skills through internships at Apple and Inflection AI. Currently, she works as a UX Research Assistant at the University of Washington, focusing on accessibility research.

Growing up in Nicaragua, Debbie learned to use education as a tool in her search for better opportunities. She is proud to represent LatinaGeeks, advocating for women and promoting Latino representation in STEM fields. Her volunteer work reflects her commitment to making the tech industry more diverse and inclusive.

In her free time, Debbie enjoys kayaking, traveling, and exploring new bubble tea spots.
