Betina is a Service Designer and Experience Strategist working with the Virtual Expert Platform team. She works on initiatives for the platform, shaping the capabilities that power expert experiences across all Intuit products, and for GBSG, focusing on emerging services for small and mid-market businesses.
With over 15 years of experience, Betina has worked on designing innovative solutions and services for a wide range of organizations, from small startups to large Fortune 500 companies. She has experience in many industries, including healthcare, consumer products, telecommunications, and technology.
Throughout her career, Betina always puts the user’s needs first. She has a strong record of addressing complex problems and designing complete, smooth experiences from start to finish.
Betina earned her Master of Design degree from the Institute of Design in Chicago and her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico.
In her free time, she likes to do crafts, travel, and spend time with her family.
