#LatinaGeeks invites you to join Microsoft and us for an interactive Java coding workshop that will teach the fundamental concepts of object-oriented programming and the Java programming language to those with little to no prior coding knowledge.

This workshop aims to ignite an interest in problem-solving through technology and lead participants to further their learning on their own. Concepts that will be covered include Java syntax, methods, classes, variables, conditionals, and loops.

During the program, participants will also receive hands-on experience building a simple, but comprehensive mini dice game project to help solidify and practice the concepts discussed. Attendees are encouraged to download the free VS Code prior to the event, in order to follow along.
