Formerly the director of community and belonging for UnCommons, Amalie now leads out a new role as the regional manager for a property management company. Bringing her passion for community and relationship building to this position, Zinsser is equipped with expertise in professional enrichment, which she has honed over nearly a decade of experience.
In her previous role, Zinsser played a vital part in shaping the culture at UnCommons, a mixed-use community designed to cater to the desires of the modern workforce. She successfully bridged the gap between development and community, instilling a sense of belonging and fostering genuine human connection. Through her efforts, UnCommons offered innovative tenant and resident programs, collaborative events, and panels featuring thought leaders, creating an elevated experience that facilitated harmonious collaboration and exponential growth.
Before joining the property management company, Zinsser contributed her knowledge and skills to WeWork as the people and portfolio operations director for five years. During her tenure, she provided guidance, mentorship, and leadership development to various teams while overseeing essential areas such as recruiting, hiring, training, and team member development. Additionally, Zinsser managed community partnerships and implemented standard operating procedures across her territory, which encompassed Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Phoenix.
A proud Las Vegas native, Zinsser finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She also maintains an active lifestyle, indulging in activities such as running, cycling, and Pilates. In May 2020, she took her passion for personal and professional relationships to the next level by launching her own podcast, “Not Your Average Influencer,” where she frequently delves into topics surrounding the intricacies of relationships and self-discovery.
