She is passionate about creating a more equitable future for Latinas in tech and business, and she builds strong, values-aligned partnerships to drive meaningful change. With over 15 years of experience in strategic business development and educational programming, Denyse has led initiatives that connect communities with the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to grow and succeed.
In 2015, she founded the Women in Tech Festival, an inclusive and empowering event that celebrates the achievements of women in STEM, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Under her guidance, the festival has continued to grow in size and impact, rooted in the belief that diverse representation is critical to innovation and progress.
Denyse is dedicated to creating spaces where Latinas can rise, lead, and be recognized for their talents. Whether through industry events, mentorship, or community-driven programs, she works tirelessly to open doors and amplify underrepresented voices.
In her free time, she loves cheering on the Las Vegas Raiders, spending time with her two adorable pups, and exploring other cultures through reading, food, and travel.
