Jaidie Vargas is an award-winning technology leader, U.S. Navy veteran, and first-generation Mexican-American with over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, intelligence, and technology strategy. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Cybersecurity, a Graduate Certificate in Counterintelligence, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence with a focus on ethical, community-rooted frameworks. Jaidie is the co-founder of Amigas in Tech, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting voices, connecting communities, and building pathways to opportunity. Through mentorship, advocacy, and education, she creates spaces that foster connection and empower both current and future generations to thrive.
