Maria Jimenez is a Master’s-prepared educator, workforce development leader, and community advocate committed to expanding access, opportunity, and empowerment for underserved communities across Southern California and beyond.

With a Master’s degree in Education and years of hands-on program leadership including the San Bernardino Workforce Youth Program. Maria has built a career around creating pathways for those who need them most. As the Founder of New Blueprint Career/Life Coaching + Workforce Consulting, she delivers bilingual (English/Spanish) whole-person coaching that integrates career strategy with life design, serving clients in-person, virtually, and internationally. Her contributions to workforce development have been formally recognized by the California State Assembly and State Senate.

A dedicated community leader, Maria serves on the Moreno Valley College Education Board, serves as a TechnoloChicas Ambassador, and is an active member of the National Latina Business Women Association – Inland Empire, the Pomona Latino/Latina Roundtable of the San Gabriel and Pomona Valley. She is an alumna of HOPE and MANA de San Diego Latina Leadership. Currently expanding her expertise in Augmented AI, Maria continues to evolve her practice to meet the needs of a rapidly changing workforce, ensuring the communities she serves are never left behind.
