Born and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley, Marisol Espinoza is a dedicated leader for diversity and inclusion, committed to expanding access and opportunities across various industries. With a career that began in Higher Education—spanning roles in admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and college access—Marisol transitioned into the tech sector bringing her expertise into Talent Acquisition and DEI Outreach to the forefront.
In her current role, Marisol focuses on biotech recruitment strategy and builds strong university partnerships. She is an advocate for collaborative working, implementing tools and technology to increase organizational efficiency, and views challenges/differences as opportunities for innovative solutions and growth.
Marisol earned her MA in Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies from Stanford University and holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Educational Studies from UC Santa Barbara. With a holistic and people-centered approach, Marisol strives to create inclusive environments where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and tap into their full potential. In her free time, Marisol enjoys playing with Eva (her German Shepherd), hot yoga, photography, lifelong learning, and traveling.
