Michelle Kiernan is a Principal Recruiter at Autodesk.  She has been working for Autodesk since May 2014.  She is located in Southern CA and works remotely.  She started her career as Recruiter and Account Executive for KForce in 2008.  She then decided to work for Google as a SalesOps/BizOps recruiter in Mountain View from 2010-2014.  Her mission is to attract, engage, and hire diverse and high-performing talent that can drive Autodesk’s growth and innovation. She is adept at conceptualizing and generating new ideas to achieve organizational strategic, diversity, and hiring goals. She also enjoys playing golf, tennis, and pickleball.  She loves the outdoors but most importantly being a mom and wife.
