Silvia Vazquez was born and raised in East Palo Alto, CA. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Latin American & Latino Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Silvia currently works as a product manager, leveraging her technical skills to drive success in product development. Her background includes years of experience in program and project management positions.
Growing up as one of thirteen children in an immigrant family, Silvia learned the importance of hard work, resilience, and seizing opportunities. She values education at every level and looks forward to opportunities that allow her to be more involved in creating a unique and inclusive learning environment.
Outside of work, Silvia enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Her commitment to her roots and her passion for fostering inclusive communities shape her both personally and professionally.
