In a world that often equates career success with titles, salaries, or external validation, this session invites women to pause and ask a deeper question: What does a meaningful career actually look like for me?
From Passion to Pathway: Building a Career Rooted in Purpose is designed to help attendees move beyond chasing what looks impressive on paper and start building a career that reflects who they truly are: their values, their strengths, and the experiences that have shaped them. Rather than treating passion as a vague feeling, this session offers a practical framework for translating that passion into clear, sustainable career decisions.
Participants will explore how self-doubt and imposter syndrome often creep in precisely when they’re stepping into bigger, more authentic versions of their professional selves, and they’ll leave with concrete strategies for quieting that inner critic. The session also challenges conventional definitions of success, encouraging attendees to define what fulfillment means on their own terms, whether that involves climbing a traditional ladder, pivoting industries, starting something new, or redesigning their current role.
This isn’t about having all the answers by the end of the hour. It’s about leaving with the right questions, tools, and mindset to keep building a career that feels aligned, not just achieved.
What You’ll Walk Away With:
- A clearer sense of your values and strengths, and how to use them as a compass for career decisions, rather than an afterthought
- Practical reflection tools to assess whether your current path aligns with what truly matters to you
- Strategies for navigating self-doubt and imposter syndrome, especially during moments of growth or transition
- A redefined personal definition of success, one rooted in purpose and well-being, not just external benchmarks
- A framework for making intentional career choices, so future decisions feel like steps on a pathway rather than reactions to circumstance
- Renewed confidence to honor both your professional ambitions and your personal well-being, without having to choose one over the other
Whether you’re feeling stuck, considering a pivot, or simply want to lead with more intention, this session offers the space and tools to reconnect with why you do what you do, and chart a path forward that feels like yours.
