Sylvia Bonilla | Co-Founder, Cura, Executive & Career Coach
Sylvia Bonilla is an entrepreneur and a 25-year Silicon Valley advertising, strategy, and partnership expert. After a long corporate career, she is now an Executive and Career Coach and co-founder of Cura, a start-up career accelerator for early career and first-generation talent.
During her 17-year corporate career, Sylvia managed Strategic Partnerships for Google’s top U.S. publishing partners. While at Google, she also led the Latino Employee Resource Group (ERG), served as an internal career coach and mentor for Black and Latino Googlers, and was a Team Development facilitator helping to increase team effectiveness.
As a first-generation college graduate, she is passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders and is committed to supporting the advancement of underrepresented groups in her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Sacred Heart Nativity Schools in San Jose and San Jose State’s Latino Alumni Network.
